NEW YORK | VIRTUAL CARE | ADULT TREATMENT PROGRAMS
In an era when digital platforms are engineered for high engagement and addiction, many people struggle to maintain a healthy balance with technology.
Today’s platforms are not just distracting, they rely on pervasive, predictive algorithms designed to bypass your conscious intention and maximize sustained engagement.
If you are struggling to disconnect, you are reacting exactly as the technology engineers want you to.
Through carefully curated, evidence-based treatment, you can break the cycle of excessive technology use and begin to choose what you truly value, giving you the freedom to craft a more vibrant and intentional life.
To address technology overuse across every level, from autopilot habits to compulsive use and addiction, the Technology Treatment Practice integrates advanced, evidence-based modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic practices.
Comprehensive services range from ongoing individual therapy and specialized clinical intensives to a 10-week Digital Wellness Group.
Additionally, clinical Yoga Nidra is utilized as a neurophysiological intervention to provide a restorative foundation for autonomic regulation, offering a complete framework to help you reclaim your attention for what matters most.
By cultivating a healthier relationship with your devices, you open the door to lasting improvements in your overall well-being. The benefits include:
• A clearer mind, so you can focus on what really matters to you.
• A calmer body, and relief from that wired‑but‑tired feeling.
• More confidence, and the ability to feel more at ease with other people.
• A sense of control, so you can stay grounded and redirect your attention.
• A steadier emotional baseline, helping you maintain an even mood.
Our work together is structured to provide both the depth and the consistency required for positive, lasting change. We will begin with a comprehensive clinical assessment to map your specific technology use patterns, target digital burnout, and establish clear baseline goals.
Following this evaluation, we will design an individualized treatment plan tailored to your lifestyle, clinical needs, and long-term intentions. Depending on your goals, your personalized plan may include one or more of the following frameworks:

Individual sessions provide a structured therapeutic framework for helping you cultivate healthier technology habits.
We'll address any underlying psychological issues, and establish a balanced, sustainable relationship with technology. Rather than requiring total abstinence—which is often impractical for daily life—treatment focuses on reducing usage hours, repairing damaged real-world relationships, and managing co-occurring mental health conditions such as anxiety or depression.
The focus is on transitioning from excessive digital use to intentional engagement.
Stop Scrolling. Start Living.
This is a focused and intimate virtual group program designed to help you reclaim your attention, restore balance, and build a healthier relationship with technology.

Hybrid Intensive Program
This specialized track provides the concentrated immersion necessary for deep internal change while ensuring those shifts are successfully integrated into your daily environment. By combining EMDR, IFS, and somatic practices, this model directly targets the neurobiological triggers and internal conflicts that sustain digital dependencies.
The Hybrid Structure
The program alternates between concentrated in-person work and virtual meetings.
In-Person Intensives (2-to 3-hour blocks): Extended clinical sessions allow for uninterrupted EMDR and IFS parts work, focusing on desensitizing physiological urges and calming an overstimulated nervous system.
Virtual Integration Sessions: Conducted between in-person blocks, these sessions focus on the practical application of new insights within your daily environment. They provide a space to monitor triggers and adjust digital boundaries as they arise.
Schedule a call to discuss your specific technology use patterns and the treatment options best suited for your lifestyle.
